Changing the clutch bite point?

I have a 2004 seat Ibiza S 1.4, the clutch bite point is very high. How can I adjust it to make it lower?|||If you have a hydraulic slave cylinder, there probably is no adjustment and the clutch is worn out and needs replacement.
