Clutch change pricing?

I have a '98 Toyota Celica that has a bad clutch.

The mechanic shop said it would cost $550 for labor to change the following:

clutch disc

pressure plate

flywheel

hydrolic (master and slave cylindar)

Or he will charge me $425 for labor of changing:

clutch disc

pressure plate

flywheel

I am providing the parts to save some $$

Does this sound good price for labor or am I being ripped off?

This is in NJ (labor varies from one state to another, i guess)

Any suggestions are welcome

If the mechanic will furnish those parts, I think its a pretty good deal for $550. I don't think he can furnish those parts and do the job, even wholesale he's going to be paying over $175 for the parts. Don't understand all the figures.

for labor prices go to alldata.com. They have labor charts.
