You run the risk of damaging or bending shift linkages for starters, which over time, can result in poor shifting performance. Yes, you can pop it out of virtually any gear to neutral but there's usually some resistance felt. Forcing it into gear without a clutch is not recommended. Use the clutch it's there for a reason.

No.

You will not hurt anything by shifting with the engine turned off, but sometimes the synchronizers don't quite not line up and therefore will not shift unless you press the clutch!

Are you a double amputee? If you are get your car adapted or get an auto tranny. The clutch is there for a reason use it.
